Workshop #2: Making the Most of Home Care Supports– Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice Care

This workshop is for you if you are a family caregiver and one of these services--home health, palliative care or hospice--has been suggested to you but you are unsure of what these services do and how they could  benefit you and your loved one. 

This workshop is for you if you have been referred for services from home health, palliative care or hospice yet you don’t know how to make the most of the provided service in your home. 

This workshop is for you if you are a family caregiver and you want to make sure your home visits are productive and you get all that you can in terms of resources and support. 

In our 75 minutes we will: 

• dive into the basics of these three home care services and how you can best advocate for them 
• brainstorm appropriate questions to ask of your service providers 
• explore systems & routines to put into place to make the most of these services 
• engage in a live Q&A with Jessica
